Bayer agronomic moxie and leading digital husbandry platform, combined with Microsoft Azure, form the foundation for new digital results to advance husbandry and conterminous diligence

Moment, Bayer blazoned a strategic cooperation with Microsoft to make a new pall- grounded set of digital tools and data wisdom results for use in husbandry and conterminous diligence, bringing new structure and foundational capabilities to accelerate invention, boost effectiveness and support sustainability across value chains.
Agriculture and agribusinesses moment benefit from a wide range of digital tools and data-powered perceptivity through platforms like Bayer’s Climate FieldView ™ – used moment on further than 180 million husbandry acres across further than 20 countries. Still, there’s work to do to optimize the entire food, feed, energy and fiber value chain and its use of the precious natural coffers needed to power the earth while icing broader sweats to combat climate change. Under the agreement, Bayer will work with Microsoft toco-develop new results that address critical assiduity scripts similar as tilling operations, sustainable sourcing, manufacturing and force chain enhancement, and ESG monitoring and dimension.
The companies will do this by developing the go-forward structure for digital husbandry results and data wisdom capabilities. These new results and capabilities will be available to businesses – from startups to global enterprises – in husbandry and conterminous diligence for use in their own immolations. Bayer will also resettle its digital husbandry core capabilities to the new structure for its own client- facing results. The cooperation builds upon a longstanding relationship between Bayer and Microsoft, and a participated commitment to data sequestration, cyber security and client trust.
