Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. has been recognized as one of the top employers in the 2024 Top Biotech and Pharma Employers Survey conducted by Science magazine, marking the company’s third consecutive year on the prestigious list.
In the 2022 survey, Dr. Reddy’s made its debut at rank 18, improving to 16 in 2023, and now advancing to 15th place in 2024. The company received high scores in categories such as ‘Employee Respect,’ ‘Employee Loyalty,’ and ‘Social Responsibility.’ The complete list is available here.
Science magazine, published by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), is one of the leading academic journals globally. Since 2002, it has conducted its Top Employers Survey to evaluate organizations in the biotech, pharma, and biopharma sectors. The 2024 survey gathered responses from approximately 6,400 individuals in these fields, asking them to rate companies on 24 characteristics, including innovative leadership, employee respect, and social responsibility.

Additionally, a recent report by the Foundation for Advancing Science and Technology (FAST India), in collaboration with IIFL Securities, ranked Dr. Reddy’s first among Indian pharmaceutical companies in both R&D intensity and the proportion of PhD employees.
