eClinical Solutions LLC, a global leader in digital clinical software and services, is set to host its sixth annual client and partner conference, ENGAGE 2024, on Thursday, October 10 and Friday, October 11. This event will bring together top technology and pharmaceutical leaders to discuss future-ready strategies for clinical trials. Attendees will delve into critical topics such as the practical use of emerging technologies, best practices in risk-based quality management (RBQM) within an increasingly complex clinical data environment, and guidance on leveraging biometrics services for success.
ENGAGE 2024, which will be held in Boston, expects over 200 participants from more than 75 life science organizations, and features four corporate sponsors: PwC, Halloran Consulting, Accenture, and Cognizant.

Day 1 Agenda Highlights
Raj Indupuri, co-founder and CEO of eClinical Solutions, will lead a session titled “Addressing Process Inefficiencies with Pervasive AI and Modern Data Infrastructure,” focusing on AI’s transition from solving isolated use cases to becoming integrated across the clinical development value chain. Nathan Johnson, VP of product, will complement this session with a discussion on practical AI applications within the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud®, the company’s leading data infrastructure and analytics platform. These presentations will explore how modern technologies can reduce cycle times, boost productivity, and drive tomorrow’s breakthroughs using today’s resources.
Additionally, Jason Housley, senior director of customer success, will join Kenneth Lima of Parexel and Krista Mullen and Jagadish Dhanraj of Biogen to discuss measuring the ROI of clinical data technologies in their session, “Many Happy Returns: Measuring ROI of Technology.” Katrina Rice, chief delivery officer at eClinical Solutions, will provide an overview of the company’s biometrics services, while a discussion on the evolving “build vs. buy” debate in the tech ecosystem will feature eClinical’s chief business officer, Marty Roche, along with Bruce Novick of Accenture and Ian Shafer of PwC.
Day 2 Agenda Highlights
With the life sciences industry at a pivotal point in data digitization and AI adoption, Dr. Jeff Karp, a bioinspirationalist from Harvard, will deliver a keynote address based on his new book, LIT: Life Ignition Tools. Dr. Karp will offer strategies to help attendees break out of routine patterns and unlock creativity to gain a competitive edge. Later in the day, eClinical’s Sandy Ng, Biogen’s Francis Kendall, and Simon Yu from Devote Consulting will share lessons from early AI adopters in the life sciences and discuss how to accelerate AI adoption in clinical research.
