The Disability Equality Index, established by Disability
and the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD), is the foremost benchmarking tool for assessing disability inclusion within organizations. It evaluates companies based on culture and leadership, enterprise-wide access, employment practices, community engagement, supplier diversity, and responsible procurement.

Additionally, Labcorp collaborates with the Center for Disability Inclusion and Level Access to enhance workplace and digital accessibility.
