Teva Finalizes Civil Opioid agreement Terms
TEL AVIV, Israel & PARSIPPANY,N.J.–( BUSINESS WIRE)– Teva Pharmaceuticals, aU.S. chapter of Teva Pharmaceutical diligenceLtd.( NYSE and TASE TEVA), blazoned moment that the company has perfected the attestation of its proposed civil opioid agreement with both the working group of States ’ Attorneys General and theMulti-District Action Complainants ’ Administrative Commission. Allergan has also perfected its agreement terms. As blazoned during the Company’s third quarter earnings call, Teva and Allergan have resolved their disagreement with respect to Teva’s remuneration scores.
The sign- on process for countries will now begin, followed by a analogous sign- on process for the countries ’ services and special sections.
Given the high participation rate in other civil opioids agreements– and Teva’s agreements with Texas, Florida, Louisiana, Rhode Island, West Virginia, San Francisco and New York– we remain auspicious that a high participation rate in this civil agreement will be achieved, enabling us to put these cases behind us and continue to concentrate on the cases we serve every day.
