TP and UNICEF Renew Partnership to Advance Education and Humanitarian Support Globally
TP (formerly Teleperformance), a global leader in enterprise digital solutions, and UNICEF have announced the renewal of their strategic partnership, which will continue over the next three years to strengthen education programs in Brazil, Ghana, India, and the Philippines, while supporting UNICEF’s emergency interventions in humanitarian crises worldwide.
This renewed collaboration aims to enhance access to safe and inclusive learning environments for children. As part of the initiative, TP and UNICEF will work to provide schools with clean drinking water, sanitation facilities, and hygiene resources. Additionally, the partnership will support teacher training programs and ensure that essential school supplies reach students most in need, addressing educational disparities in both urban and rural communities.
“TP’s ongoing commitment is invaluable,” said Carla Haddad, Director of Private Fundraising and Partnerships at UNICEF. “Through this partnership, we will deliver critical aid to children affected by humanitarian crises and expand access to quality education programs. This initiative contributes to creating a safe, resilient, and peaceful future for children, their families, and the communities in which they live.”
TP’s financial support for UNICEF’s educational and humanitarian initiatives falls under the company’s global social impact program, Citizen of the World (COTW). Since its inception in 2006, the COTW initiative has contributed over €80 million to support disadvantaged populations and victims of natural disasters worldwide, with a particular focus on vulnerable children and their families.
Daniel Julien, CEO of TP, highlighted the company’s long-term commitment: “Our partnership with UNICEF demonstrates TP’s dedication to societal impact and improving lives globally. By supporting education and child welfare, we aim to build a better future and make a meaningful difference for the next generation. We are proud to extend this partnership through 2028.”
A Shared Vision: Investing in the Future of Children
TP has collaborated with UNICEF since 2022 to uphold children’s rights and advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This includes promoting equitable, inclusive, and high-quality education, as well as providing lifelong learning opportunities for underserved populations. During the first three years of the partnership, UNICEF’s programs supported 4.7 million children in India and the Philippines, providing access to quality education and essential learning resources. In parallel, more than 125,000 children and families in eight countries, including Ukraine, Syria, Turkey, Nigeria, and Sudan, received critical humanitarian aid and life-saving care through emergency response programs facilitated by this partnership.
The renewed agreement will build on these achievements by scaling up efforts to improve learning conditions, extend humanitarian support, and reinforce community resilience in vulnerable regions. By combining TP’s global reach and operational expertise with UNICEF’s deep field experience, the collaboration aims to address the structural challenges that prevent children from accessing education and other essential services.
TP’s Commitment to Social Responsibility
TP’s engagement with UNICEF reflects the company’s broader commitment to corporate social responsibility. Through initiatives like COTW, TP leverages its technological capabilities, global workforce, and local market expertise to address pressing social challenges. By providing financial support, infrastructure, and operational assistance, TP ensures that impactful programs reach communities where the need is greatest.
This partnership aligns with TP’s ethos of integrating advanced technology with human empathy. TP’s global operations, spanning nearly 100 countries, focus on enhancing customer experiences while simultaneously driving social impact. Its teams of multilingual experts are dedicated to serving communities, clients, and the environment, demonstrating that business success and societal contributions can go hand in hand.

By partnering with organizations like TP, UNICEF can extend its reach and effectiveness, delivering programs that empower children to realize their full potential.
Together, TP and UNICEF’s renewed partnership represents a continued commitment to addressing the urgent educational and humanitarian needs of children around the world.
