Transcarent, known as the One Place for Health and Care, has been selected to power Evernorth Health Services’ new Oncology Benefit Services program. This initiative aims to provide an end-to-end care experience for patients and caregivers navigating the complexities of cancer treatment. The digital platform will integrate cancer services across pharmacy and medical benefits while offering personalized support through a dedicated care team.
As employers face the challenges of cancer’s impact on their employees’ quality of life, work performance, and overall well-being, it becomes crucial to address these issues. Notably, cancer has been identified as the leading cost driver for employer health plans, particularly as cancer rates among individuals under 50 continue to rise. Transcarent is collaborating with Evernorth to implement best practices for high-value cancer care within the Oncology Benefit Services program, aiming to improve outcomes for all employees affected by cancer.
With Evernorth’s Oncology Benefit Services, employers can offer a seamless cancer care experience. All benefits and services will be accessible via a single digital platform, enabling members to connect with dedicated American Cancer Society Leadership in Oncology Navigation (ACS LION™) credentialed Oncology Nurse Navigators. Members can also schedule appointments with top-tier oncology Centers of Excellence, access virtual urgent care clinicians, and receive drug consultations.

- 24/7 Clinical Pharmacy Support: Available through Express Scripts and Accredo, members can get answers to medication-related questions at any time.
- Virtual Care Options: A nationwide network of providers is on hand to deliver exceptional care remotely.
